When Uploading Document It Is Blank on Chrome

Hi brianadams9,

The effect doesn't happen in my test surround. I want to collect more than information.

Could you create a new document library and see if you tin repro the issue in it?

If the issue happen in all libraries, does the some issue happen in other sites?

The user can not get that far in whatever site to create a new document, new folder or click on an existing folder. This has been occurring more often recently, but at this point it actually seems to be just 1 user, and is intermittent. We employ Okta for authentication, her steps are:

i. sign on to okta  2.click sharepoint tile or policlies and procedures tab (doesnt matter which tile I employ..aforementioned issue). 3. Click on whatsoever site. four. Click documents from the left side menu. 5. Select any folder. half-dozen. screen goes bare.

Thanks for come up back to me.

If the event just occur on one specific user, I suppose the root cause is more likely that his user profile has been broken. To bear witness information technology, please change to another computer and do the steps again. If the issue still persists, information technology's better to leave the problematic business relationship and create a new user account for him to migrate form old one.

Since this seems to have simply been reported by one user, and is intermittent, one day will exist an issue, next day works, nosotros just decided to leave every bit is. She has not reported information technology occurring once again over the terminal week or so.

I have a user that this blank screen affair is happening to also.  Information technology happens in Chrome merely not in Edge and information technology is consistent in Chrome.

I see weird "Protected by Grammarly"  in the source code of the Home page where this is happening.  No sure if it is related.

I have a user that this blank screen affair is happening to also.  Information technology happens in Chrome but non in Border and it is consistent in Chrome.

I run across weird "Protected by Grammarly"  in the source code of the Home page where this is happening.  No sure if it is related.

This is happening in my tenant every bit well hither is where nosotros are at:

  • User is in Chrome (even nigh up to engagement version of chrome) on a windows 10 machine
  • They endeavour and open a mod certificate library to the default view
  • They only see a blank folio
  • Having the user switch to Internet Explorer on the same auto...everything works as expected
  • Having the same afflicted user log into a DIFFERENT automobile and viewing the aforementioned library in Chrome WORKS!

And then it would appear that this has something to practise with the Chrome installation on a item machine. I will post more than if I find out more.

I take had an intermittent event with company users accessing SharePoint documents. They tin view the folder, just one time clicked on a file to open, it is blank. The event seems to come and go recently. No matter what document the same result. Has anyone experienced this? I have not been able to locate any answers online. Using Chrome, on Windows 10 laptops.
