Should I Upload a Picture for Georgetown

If you were using a Windows computer, you could insert a Picture Content Control into the document.  However as that is not possile on a Mac, you probably ameliorate off to just inquire the recipient to ship you the picture and yous could then insert information technology into the certificate.

Hope this helps,

You tin can insert a Picture Content Command in Word for Mac by using macros. Hither's my article on how to do that, including VBA code: Content Controls for macOS - Cool Code

What practise yous mean by "upload button" - Upload to where?

Unless I've misunderstood y'all could just salve the document to a shared folder on your OneDrive business relationship & provide your collaborator with access to the file.

Or you could transport a re-create as an attachment for the other user could return in the same style after inserting the image.

FWIW I agree with Doug, though... Unless in that location are unmentioned considerations that would prevent it the easiest approach would exist to have the image file sent to you so yous can insert it yourself. I'k not sure why the subject of Content Controls fifty-fifty came into the conversation :-)

Thanks for letting me know. My apologies, a couple of errant semicolons were in my posted code. Here is a working version:

Sub AddCheckBoxCC()
Dim oCC As ContentControl
Gear up oCC = ActiveDocument.ContentControls.Add(wdContentControlCheckBox, Choice.Range)
With oCC
.Checked = Simulated
.SetCheckedSymbol CharacterNumber:=&HFE, Font:="Wingdings"
.SetUncheckedSymbol CharacterNumber:=&HA8, Font:="Wingdings"
Finish With
Set oCC = Nothing
Cease Sub
