The Stride plan is designed to promote the provision of quality, comprehensive wellness services for older adults. The master intendance physicians and interdisciplinary team of professionals provide and coordinate all services for you, providing a "one stop shopping" for your needs. What You Pay for PACE Depends on Your Financial Situation

Bluestem has also been awarded areas to expand in Jewell, Commonwealth, Washington, Mitchell, Clay, Deject, Riley, Geary, Morris and Chase counties.
Currently there are 562 PACE participants in Kansas, only we expect that to expand to more than than 700 over the next of the year, and keep to increase during the expansion.

Who determines what services I get?
The Footstep organization's clinical team (IDT) will determine which services will best fit your assessed needs. Footstep also includes other services determined necessary by the health professional's squad to better and maintain your health.

How practice I pay for PACE?
